HMT manufactures 3-component evaporation boats from boron nitride (BN), titanium diboride (TiB2) and aluminium nitride (AIN). Due to their superior initial wetting behaviour, HMT evaporation boats allow extremely easy handling while being compatible with all vacuum coaters in operation at an evaporation rate of up to 0,35/(min*cm2). That perfectly fits all metallizing processes while guaranteeing easiest control of operational parameters.

Based on cutting edge material recipings and specific designs developed by our metallizing experts, our boats, made custom-tailored for your specific needs including resistivities, optical densities/evaporation rates and web speeds, serve as the ideal solution for metallic yarn, OLED substrates, antistatic and solar films metallizing.
